Received status of my order. I was impressed by the professionalism of installer Dave Kelly. He listened to my installation concerns and made sure I was completely satisfied before he left my home. We had Southern Traditions install new shades, cornices, and side panels for our great room and dining room windows. They are top quality and came out perfect! Richard Bernath did a fantastic job in helping us select what would work best in our home, and the install team did a fantastic, professional job in getting everything installed. Southern Traditions installed shutters and shades for us when we built our house six years ago. This install was an addition after living in the house for several years. We are thrilled with their work, and wouldn’t consider using anyone else for window treatments! Call them with confidence that you will get the best!

Pam was very knowledgeable about blinds and interior design. She recommended a top down bottom up blind for one of our windows that we weren’t considering. But decided to proceed with her recommendation and it turned out better than we imagined. Pam also explained to me in detail where and how I should hang drapes for this window if we wanted to. But the way the blind looks, we don’t think it’s necessary. She explained the benefits of string pulls instead of a wand which we had installed.
Although we were not replacing the three blinds in the family room, she pointed out they were hung incorrectly, and the valances would not match the new blinds in the kitchen. So we took her recommendation on replacing the valances and she had the installer properly re-install these blinds. She was super responsive, friendly and experienced. We greatly appreciate her great customer service especially since we live in WI and this is a second home in NC. So Pam made sure to connect with our 24 year old son who is currently living in the house. Which put our mind at ease since we could not be there for the install. Great work and friendly southern hospitality Pam!

Nicholas installed roller shades in our family room. He clearly communicated when he would be here and arrived at the designated time. He quickly and expertly installed the blinds, showed us how they work (with helpful pointers) and provided all of the warranty info. He even addressed a problem we had with another blind and resolved the issue! A very personable and professional young man!

The experience we had with regard to the initial quote, and then the work being done, and the professionalism of the workers, and the expediency was far better than I could’ve expected. Very happy with the final product. We have plantation shutters in our house in Florida and I like these a lot better. I think the work is an improvement. I would certainly recommend them again.
